RMCI Office Building

The project includes a 17,000SF 2-story office building and a 19,000SF pre-engineered equipment shop /warehouse.

The design of the office building is focused on organizing a multi-departmental firm around a central courtyard that utilizes self-shading and massing to frame views and block environmental winds.

The shop/warehouse building is designed and positioned in close proximity to the office building for ease of access and includes seven (7) large bays, five of which are to be used for large equipment and overhead cranes. One (1) bay houses a welding shop and clean room, while the other, an open air/covered bay is utilized for storing compressed air, waste oil tanks, and additional storage.
