CNM Rio Rancho Campus Overlook

The CNM Rio Rancho Campus Overlook: encompassing a specific implementation of design strategies first deployed at CNM Main Campus. Completed in 2018, an educational/interpretive nature trail with an outdoor classroom and arroyo overlook structure was developed as part of CNM's "Campus as a Living Lab" experience. On-site, runoff is harvested into swales where it will naturally irrigate new, native plants, and the integration of the path into the existing site circulation encourages the user to engage in the landscape as part of their learning experience.
