Bernalillo County Fire Department Atrium Building Renovation

Bernalillo County hired SSA in April 2023 to develop a $12M building renovation of the Bernalillo County Fire Department at the Atrium North building in Albuquerque, NM. The full interior remodel of the 3- story Atrium building included reconfiguarations of rom allocations to best fit the needs by efficiently using the existing space, incorporating open offices and cubicles and standardizing he sizes of private offices. Renovations included updated HVAC systems, technology, and acoustics on all floors. In addition, SA worked to relocate the Security Operations Center and Radio Shop into the atrium warehouse building.
