The 3,500SF renovation/2,00SF addition to Bernaillo County's Paradise Hills Community Center included dedicated program spaces for Senior and Teen activities, a fully-equipped serving kitchen, a computer lab / library and a craft room equipped with ceramic kilns.

In addition to the renovation of the Annex, a 15-year Planning Study for the Paradise Hills Community Center was developed. Via a series of public workshops, the design team synthesized input from multiple user groups, complex programmatic requirements and the complexities of a large campus-like site into a cohesive masterplan to be executed in phases.
